6:30pm to 10:30pm approx - Welcome Revel, potluck supper and Peerage Vigils
Saturday
10:30am - Great Hall Opens
11:00am - Doors close, Final Court of King Alfar and Queen Gudrun
(Doors may re-open for a time after Final Court)
12:30pm - Doors close, Coronation of Their Royal Highnesses Hugh and Therasa
Knights' Council
3:00pm - Promenade to Feast Venue
4:00pm - Doors close, Coronation Feast
First Court of the reign of King Hugh and Queen Therasa will occur after the substantial first course
7:00pm - Promenade - return to Great Hall
8:00pm - Coronation Ball
First Set
Special Firey Entertainment
Second Set
Supper
Third Set
Requests (dancing ends by 11:30pm at the latest)
11:45pm - Art Gallery carpark closes
12 midnight - Great Hall Site closes
Sunday
9:00am - Our City venue opens, Pelicans' Meeting
Market and A&S setup
10:00am to 11:30am - Market, A&S Display, Dancing
10:30am - Laurels' Meeting
11:30am - Bus departs to Sign of the Takahe, Our City venue closes
Sign of the Takahe venue opens (Queen's Tea will be on the upper level, Tourney, picnic lunch and bar/facilities in lower level and grounds)
12 noon - Queen's High Tea at Sign of the Takahe
1:00pm Queen's Champion Tourney
Picnic lunch served as a buffet during Tourney
Closing Court and selection of Queen's Champion
Possibility of fighter training/pickups
4:00pm Event officially closed
Soon afterwards (by 5pm at latest): Bus departs for Our City, then on to airport by 6pm
6:00pm - Casual wind-down at The Hermitage (Baronial residence), pizza orders will be taken on site; all welcome, particularly travellers who have yet to return to their homes. Garb not required.
After the Event
On Tuesday 9th, from 7:30pm, there will be a Fighting Collegium at the Southron Gaard Council Venue.
