Cheque to Kingdom travel fund found and sent.

Officers:
B+B: dealt with various issues.

Seneschal:
*	Ulfrikr dropped mail (from P.O. Box)around
*	Various correspondence - see report for details.
*	Requested quarterly reporting dates from officers.

Constable:
*	Auctioned lost stuff - got $37.55 (to Exchequer to bank)

Lists:
*	Went to Canterbury Faire and ran lots lists with Arabella
*	Asked Vitale to give the Kingdom Lists officer a kick in order to discuss printing cards and or getting more.

A+S:
*	Eleanora to be deputy
*	Correspondence re Baronial Anniversary judging
*	Wants to beef up ads.
*	Getting documentation guide together

Archery:
*	*Practices happening/ some contests at Canterbury Faire.
*	Correspondence to Lochac Archery list re Archery handbooks to see what differences there are.
*	Faxed Kirkwood entertainment re recruitment heavy/archery tournament.

Marshall:
*	Stepped up
*	Sent Vitale's Senior Marshall test. Sigurd and Eleonora going directly to kingdom.
*	Sending out list of authorised fighters to Kingdom.

Chronicler:
*	Received Clarion and PR
*	Sent overseas Dec and Jan FTTs ($10 to reimburse)
*	Weed out comps - send a note to address, if no response stop sending FTT
*	Received 2 subs.
*	Freebies to newbies - just send addresses to Sineach

Herald:

Chatelaine :
*	Received notification of potential demo from Martuccio. (awaiting details)
*	Canterbury Faire crash space arranged for visitors not actually required due to private arrangements.
*	Looking into Professionally printed SCA Brochures- Currently waiting on quotes

College:
*	Clubs day 26-27 February. Prep meeting coming.

*	1st Meeting is 06/03 with a catered supper.

*	Caterer was good but had equipment taken out of her supplies - will need to replace (7 tea-towels, 2 wooden spoons and a zester - cost to replace?) and issues re individuals dealing with caterer and kitchen scheduling.

*	Need money for refund, cater and refund (overcharge) and costs.

Baronial Anniversary:
*	Site booked
*	Liasing with Geoffrey for revel

Collegium:
*	Looking for a Steward - Sineach was too slow getting her thumb to her forehead therefore she is thinking about it.

Easter:
*	Encampment
*	$4 per night, no hall.
*	No organised activities

Baronial Anniversary Revel:
*	Sites: Cracroft is taken, St Barnabas? $5 per head.
*	Dancing, A+S Display - Laurels Prize, Potluck supper, performances too.
*	Book site from 6, start at 7 or 7.30pm.
