High demand means that billet space in Southron Gaard is always very limited just before and after Canterbury Faire. Therefore you might want to consider one of these low-cost alternatives in the centre of Christchurch:

YMCA Hereford St
This is across the road from the Christchurch Arts Centre (site of Midwinter Coronation 2007) and about eight minutes walk from Cathedral Square.
